T-Time Classes
T-Time was built around one question: what does it actually take to play better golf for longer? The answer isn't more time on the range. It's training the body the way tour pros do, with a focus on rotational power, joint durability, and the kind of strength that shows up on hole 17 the same way it did on hole one.
Every session is coach-led, capped at eight people, and runs about 50 minutes. No fluff, no filler, no wondering what you're supposed to be doing.
This isn't a fitness class with a golf twist. It's a structured strength program built around the demands of the sport, designed for adults who want to add distance, stay injury-free, and keep playing at a high level well into their 50s, 60s, and beyond.
