Most gyms give you a trainer or they give you a program. Semi-private training at MotionLab gives you both but better.
Every member trains on a fully individualized program built around their movement assessment, their goals, and where their body actually is right now. Sessions run alongside 1-2 others, which means you get real coaching attention
